‘Tis the season to be jolly. And what better way to spread holiday cheer than singing loud for all the hear? Obviously. Some take to the streets to carol, others pop on their favorite Frank Sinatra tunes reminiscent of older times. Some attend The Nutcracker while others sit at home drinking eggnog and humming Christmas melodies to themselves. Regardless of your preference, the holiday spirit should be cherished and shared, and it’s not difficult to do so. You can find it anywhere, and in some places, the talent and creativity is overwhelming.

This Holiday season, one musical quintet has gone above and beyond. The Piano Guys, an American group consisting of Jon Schmidt, Steven Sharp Nelson, Tel Stewart, Paul Anderson and Al van der Beek, have put together probably the most innovative and outstanding rendition of “Angels We Have Heard on High,” ever. They strum the strings inside the piano body, they drum on its walls and break into a booming and gorgeous five-part harmony. Words cannot capture its genius.
