The trailer for "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" was supposed to drop Monday, but with leaks left and right, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros decided to release the preview of the much-awaited film, and it looks like there's a major Easter Egg reference --- Boy Wonder Robin will seem to make an appearance in the film. Although Batman's sidekick did not make an appearance in the trailer, there was a quick glimpse of a yellow cape.

According to USA Today, since the trailer is too dark, you have to toggle the clip exposure to see it, but it is there, and the only one in DC universe that wears a yellow cape is Batman's loyal sidekick.

Other than the trailer, Warner Bros via director Zack Snyder also unveiled new posters on Twitter that showed a clash between Ben Affleck's Batman and Henry Cavill's Superman. Check them out here and here. According to Mirror UK, the posters contrasted ---- Superman's bright blue and red with a crude cutout of a bat, and Batman's grayscale old-school look with a splash of the red Superman logo across his eyes.

But the biggest reveal of all is Ben Affleck's costume, which looks absolutely stunning. Described by The Daily Mail as black with a silvery sheen, the costume was noted to be designed for battle, with heavy body armor, full-arm gloves, and a visible utility belt. Of course, the familiar bat-shaped cowl and cape, as well as the mask can be seen.

Snyder, who revealed the photo from his Twitter account, captioned, "Thanks to everyone that turned out for the #MondayBvSSpecialIMAXEvent screenings tonight! #BatmanvSuperman."

Giullermo Grispo, the co-choreographer for the fight scenes and known for his work on "300" and "Kick-Ass", has promised in an interview with Los Andes Diari  that the clashes between Batman and Superman are something to look forward to. In the report translated by Batman News, he said, "Look, at Warner Bros., they are very strict, so I can't say much, but it's no surprise if I say Batman and Superman come face-to-face in the movie. It's one of the most important sequences and I was actively involved in the design of the fight: the exchange of punches and the physical movement were put together with my partner Ryan Watson." 

The film will star Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne AKA Batman and Henry Cavill as Clark Kent AKA Superman. Acting alongside them are Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Jeremy Irons as Batman's loyal butler Alfred, Holly Hunter as a US Senator, and Gal Gadot as Diana Prince AKA Wonder Woman. Jason Momoa will also make an appearance as Arthur Curry AKA Aquaman.

"Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be released March 25, 2016.
