"Gran Turismo 7" has been dubbed as the best installment to be offered on the PlayStation 4 because of the expected developments and additions in the game.
Seen to be released sometime in 2015 or 2016, "Gran Turismo 7" is a game software developer Polyphony Digital Inc. has worked on to bring something special to gamers.
"What you can expect from Gran Turismo on the PS4, which is the strongest console ever, is the best Gran Turismo that you can imagine," community manager Eric Fishback in December, as quoted by Push Square.
The report also said that for the upcoming release, the developer has already scanned the Isle of Man's famous Mountain Course.
Aside from these rumored changes in the game, here are some major reasons why "Gran Turismo 7" is the best console game to ever be introduced to players:
* Exclusivity
AutooMobile noted that the game is destined for greateness because it is now a "PS4 exclusive."
"[This] means they do not have to create a lower quality game to ensure that the PS3 and PS4 will be able to run it. Without that restriction, the game developer is able to push the game to its maximum potential and that is exactly what they are planning to do," the AutooMobile report added.
* Highly improved compared to "GT6"
Series creator Kazunori Yamauchi told Gamespot that the game will run naturally in the PS4, noting that they had a vision of "doing everything we couldn't do in GT6."
"We want to make it very Gran Turismo. By that I mean it's going to be a game that matches the very era that we live in, in 2015 or 2016," he added. Since the last installment was released in December 2013, many are speculating that "GT7" will also be released by the end of the year.
* Better visuals and graphics
Attack of the Fanboy said that Polyphony Digital has the capacity to make "Gran Turismo 7" look even better than the previous release. It added that the developer has promised better physics and make the game "visually astounding."
An earlier Eurogamer report said that the developers of the game are definitely working on the "full game" and not focusing on a taster. There could be developments in terms of audio quality, since some of the gamers addressed this concern with the previous release.
"I think the quality of the sounds in Gran Turismo 6 will be improved, but most of the work will be done in Gran Turismo 7," added Yamauchi, as noted on Eurogamer.
He also said that they will maintain standard cars but will also add premium ones to the game. "Each car has its own fans. So I think we'll hang on to the archive. In the meanwhile, some of those cars we may be able to make into Premium cars as they become available - but basically we're more focussed on increasing the number of premium cars."
