TV personality Khloe Kardashian and NBA player Lamar Odom's divorce case may not push through as Kardashian reportedly has not completed all the documents for the proceedings, a recent court judgment revealed.

In failing to submit all documents, People said the case could be dismissed. It can be remembered that the 30-year-old TV star filed for divorce against her husband two years ago because of drug issues and cheating allegations.

The same report explained that Kardashian needed to submit "a request to enter a default judgment to make the split official" since Odom did not respond to the divorce case filed by the former.

"He needs to sign papers and he won't. He disappears here and there, and she can't find him. She just wants to move on," a source close to Kardashian told People.

The current situation of the two, according to E! Online, is not easy since they have sold their house for $5.5 million. "The people controlling the funds don't know what to do with it because the divorce hasn't been finalized," E! Online added.

If those papers will not be submitted, the couple will remain married. Many people are now asking if they have plans to get back together since Kardashian told E! Online that she still has feelings for Odom.

"I will never, ever not love Lamar. I was so obssessed with him in a healthy way. He was my husband, and I still wish he was, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that," she added.

The designer and TV personality, however, said she has accepted what happened to them both.

"There's nothing I can do. Lamar has to do things in order to change in that aspect, but yeah, if I had my way I'd be married to Lamar in two seconds," Kardashian said.

Meanwhile, an insider told Hollywood Life that the female star may not find it easy to divorce her "soulmate."

"Khloe loves Lamar so much. She's convinced he's her soul mate and that they have a special deep connection. But then she sees his actions and shady behavior and she backs off. If he would just get his act together she would 100% call off the divorce permanently. It's as if he forced her to file for divorce, but she always hoped that just by filing he would get scared and act right," the insider added.

Despite her reported love for Odom, People noted that she has been seeing French Montana on and off since last spring but they remain quiet about the real status of their relationship.

"I love French. He's an awesome guy. We are on-again, off-again...but I don't want to be too labeled to anyone right now. I'm still figuring out a lot of emotions with me," she admitted to E! Online.
