Sofia Vergara has an enviable figure, but don't think for a second that she doesn't get frustrated at it every once in a while.

In an interview with Vanity Fair for the magazine's May 2015 issue, the "Hot Pursuit" star revealed that having big breasts can be hard as well.

"My boobs are, like, huge," Vergara told Vanity Fair. "My whole life, buying a bra was a nightmare. What I used to do when I moved to L.A., I found places like Frederick's of Hollywood that makes bras for (strippers)."

She continued, "Believe me, I wish I had fake boobs. I lay down and they completely go down like all the way ... it's not fun."

The 42-year-old actress, however, wouldn't apologize for projecting a sexy image to the public. As Vanity Fair describes it, Vergara is "effortless" in being a sex symbol.

"Sometimes you read in the press like, oh, Sofía is wearing again the same shape dress, and I want to answer them and say, What the f*ck do you want me to wear? Obviously there's a reason why that's what I go for," the actress said in the interview.

Just recently, while chatting with British newspaper The Sun, it was also revealed that it wasn't always easy for the Colombian actress to have an attractive face and a voluptuous figure.

"I realized that having a good figure is an advantage on TV and getting attention and publicity," the actress, who stars as Gloria Pritchett on the ABC comedy "Modern Family," the actress explained, as quoted by Daily Mail. "But it also means you can't play more normal kinds of roles. I can't just play an ordinary girl. So I try to find roles that let me capitalize on my looks and my personality and advance my career that way."

The brunette beauty also shared that she had to deal with a lot of unwanted attention from men when she was younger for her striking appearance. She said she "rushed into marriage aged 18 to avoid unwanted advances," Daily Mail added.

Sofia, Joe love story

Vergara also talked about how she came to dating fiancé and "Magic Mike XXL" hunk Joe Manganiello in her interview with Vanity Fair. It was Jesse Tyler Ferguson (Mitchell Pritchett of "Modern Family") who served as the bridge between her and Manganiello.

"The day that I sent the press release [announcing the breakup with Nick Loeb], Joe immediately contacted Jesse Tyler, like, Please, please, please tell her I want her number. And I'm like, Jesse, no, he's too handsome," she explained to Vanity Fair.

Vergara continued that eventually, she gave in and allowed Ferguson to give her number to the actor. At the time, she thought that "nothing's going to happen" between her and her suitor because they were in different locations. But they "started talking a lot" and then Manganiello showed up in New Orleans (where Vergara was in for the production of "Hot Pursuit") and since then, they have been "inseparable," the news outlet wrote.
