On the next "Grey's Anatomy," April's trio of fiery-haired sisters will arrive in Seattle to celebrate her wedding. 

April's (Sarah Drew) three sisters, Libby ("Days of Our Lives'" Emily Happe), Kimmie ("Drop Dead Diva's" Elizabeth Bond) and Alice ("The Middle's" Grace Bannon) will join in on wedding plans to celebrate April's wedding to Matthew (Justin Bruening). 

TVLine released exclusive photos from the upcoming episode, showing that a reunion brunch turns sour when Jackson (Jesse Williams) shows up. Check them out here. 

The synopsis for Thursday's episode also hints that "a familiar face returns to the hospital." It turns out that face is Alex's dad, Jimmy, played by "Dexter" alum James Remar. Is Jimmy back because he realized that Alex is his son? Find out in a sneak preview of Thursday's episode here. 

The synopsis for the next episode, "Man on the Moon," reads, "April's [Sarah Drew] sisters arrive to help celebrate April's upcoming nuptials and quickly get on her nerves. Matthew [Justin Bruening] and Jackson [Jesse Williams] are forced to work together when they witness a terrible accident, Callie [Sara Ramirez] and Arizona[Jessica Capshaw] work hard to reestablish their relationship and Cristina [Sandra Oh] is pressured to live-stream an upcoming surgery. Meanwhile, a familiar face returns to the hospital, on 'Grey's Anatomy.'"

Callie and Arizona are trying to get their relationship back on track after reconciling on last week's episode. 

On the latest episode, Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) tells Callie (Sara Ramirez) that she was with someone else during their separation. Callie lets it go once Arizona tells her that it's definitely over. But once Callie finds out she was sleeping with Leah, she gets very upset. Nevertheless, by the end of the episode Arizona convinces Callie to let her sleep in their bed instead of on the couch. 

Meanwhile, Miranda (Chandra Wilson) is reluctant when Ben (Jason George) says that she should see a psychiatrist. Ben then confides in Derek (Patrick Dempsey), who is forced to take action because he's on the board of the hospital. Miranda is furious at her husband for talking to Derek about her personal issues. 

Also, Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Shane (Gaius Charles) share a kiss, and Emma (Marguerite Moreau) prepares a Thanksgiving feast for over 16 people. 

The next episode, "Man on the Moon," airs Thursday, Dec. 5 at 9 p.m. EST on ABC.
