Codemasters' "F1 2015" is expected to be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on June 12 and promises to bring improvements in terms of gameplay. Players are certainly hoping that there will be notable changes on the upcoming game release.

According to Master Herald, the team working on the game has made some changes on tire physics and also improved some aspects of gameplay, including engine and transmission handling, aerodynamics and fuel tank realism. The previous F1 games were able to create "an authentic feeling" for players for sitting behind the wheel of an actual Formula One car, the report explained.

Steam discussed that "F1 2015" will feature a new "broadcast presentation" which will immerse gamers into a "unique race day atmosphere." It added that the game will also come with a brandnew game engine, new game modes and the fully playable 2014 FIA Formula One World Championship which is a bonus game content.

As for Codemasters, it noted that the game was built on a new version of EGO tailored for an ultimate gaming experience.

"The new model delivers enhancements and additions in over 20 areas including engine and transmission, aero dynamics, fuel tank, force feedback, suspension and most notably a brand new tyre physics model - creating a truly breathtaking and realistic representation of how these cars handle on the track," Codemasters added.

Aside from this, a voice recognition technology for the Xbox One and Playstation 4, gamers can also interact to a race engineer by asking information about the race, weather updates and tire status, Codemasters added.

Despite the great features coming with the new installment, gamers are hoping for bigger improvements on the game like the following:

* Feeling the race

A post by user Robert Waddell on a RaceDepartment thread said that gamers should feel like they are in an actual race.

"At the moment, I think Slightly Mad Studios does the best job at this (or will) at the moment. You can only get close to this with other humans (i.e. MP). Driving is violent. Driving is dirty. Pitt communication with your crew is very detailed and should be done both ways on command. The sensation and fear of the speed should be greater, but I'm not sure how this can be done," Waddell added.

* Having Preseasons

Kartik Sri Harsha said in the RaceDepartment report that this possible feature will give drivers the chance to conducts runs and tests prior to the season races.

* More detailed fuel information

In a post on a Codemasters' forum, user Stevomock said that he would want the information on the fuel set up shown in hundredths instead of integers. "It would be a great help to be able to see something like +0.23 LAPS instead of OPTIMAL. Tenths would already be hugely helpful, but I'd like to see hundredths," he added.

* Adding champ mode multiplayer

It was noted by a certain Derrick in the F1CarSetup forum that this will enable him and his friends to go online and "enter our own championship and have the AI cars fill the rest of the empty grid places." He noted that it has become tiresome to record where each driver finishes and tally the points for every race.

* More realistic graphics

Near-to-real raindrops, sunlight differences, spray affecting vision of other cars and flag points are what Andrew Holmes wants to see in the next game based from his post on the RaceDepartment forum.
