The "next generation" game, "F1 2015," is expected to be released this June on PS4, Xbox One and PC and fans of the title are excited with the new features it will offer to gamers.

Gaming Bolt noted that Codemasters will release the game, which was developed with a brand new engine. It will reportedly have "improved handling and physics for all vehicles and parts attached to the vehicles."

Gamers can also expect "gimmick" features on the game like being able to use voice commands in communicating with the in-game driver through the Kinect or the PlayStation Camera.

Also included in the game's June 12 release is a new Championship Season and Pro Season mode.

"The 2014 FIA Formula One World Championship Season will be fully playable as bonus content. In addition, F1 2015 also contains the Mexican GP, which makes its return after over 20 years with the 2015 FIA Formula One World Championship Season," added Gaming Bolt.

Game director Paul Jeal said in the same report that "F1 2015" "marks an exciting chapter" for both Codemasters and Formula One, noting that they made a shift in the direction of the game series in terms of formats and the new game engine.

"The handling is a vast improvement from our previous games. In particular our new tire model is a superb step forward towards realism, you can now experience the changes in grip caused by temperature changes, wear, car set-up, debris and weather conditions. The new Force Feedback system adds to the feeling of connection with the car and track surface," Jeal added.

With its expected release this coming summer, the game director also shared that his team is hands-on and busy modeling the new 2015 cars and drivers, especially with the recent conclusion of the second race of the 2015 FIA Formula One World Championship in Malaysia.

A Game Spot article discussed that officially licensed cars, drivers and tracks are bonus contents to the game with developers noting that it has been built "from the ground up." These things make gamers look forward to the promised improvements, with the upcoming release of the new installment of the F1 series in about two months.

One area of concern raised by Games Radar is that the announcement of the new game has no reference to "an enhanced damage model" adding that the F1 games have become less spectacular in their impact with each other.

"Also there's no mention of the frame-rate. The leaked internal document a while ago said that 60fps was the target for PS4. Seeing as Melbourne House's Grand Prix Challenge managed that with 22 cars back on PS2, I think that's a goal we should realistically expect," Games Radar added in its report.
