A classic game is set to arrive via mobile soon. According to the WWE official website, 2K will give fans the sports entertainment prowess via mobile, as the game brings to action 2K's WWE franchise to iOS and Android devices.

The site, also noted that the popular WWE 2K will be the natural complement to the video games that have been available on consoles. The game will feature the roster of legends that are all playable, including Hulk Hogan and Sting, and other modern-day superstars like Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan. If these do not fare you well, you can also switch to "Create a Superstar" mode where you get to create your own grappler.

The official press release read:

"First WWE simulation-based experience for mobile set to deliver authentic in-ring action, Create-a-Superstar, Career Mode, live multiplayer matches, unlockable rewards and more.

"2K announced the first simulation-based WWE video game for mobile platforms, WWE® 2K, is in development for iOS and Android and iOS devices. Currently scheduled for release in spring 2015 at a price point of $7.99, WWE 2K looks to offer authentic WWE gameplay in a mobile format through inspiration from several popular gameplay elements and modes from the WWE 2K flagship WWE video game franchise available on consoles."

Visual Concepts president Greg Thomas also said,"WWE 2K marks a great milestone in 2K's partnership with WWE, as we bring the first authentic WWE simulation experience to market for mobile devices, WWE gaming enthusiasts will soon experience WWE action and several fan-favorite modes inspired by the WWE 2K flagship console series in an engaging new way."

2K noted that the key features include the following:

l Playable roster of WWE Superstars including John Cena, Hulk Hogan, Sting, Triple H, and The Undertaker.

l Authentic WWE action, with match types, Superstar Ring entrances, and even move sets

l Create-a-Superstar mode

l Career Mode

l Live Multiplayer Games

l Unlockable Rewards

According to Game Spot, WWE 2K is currently in development, but it is not the first WWE 2K game made for mobile devices. According to the site, the WWE 2K Supercard Game arrived in August 2014, and has been downloaded over 6.8 million times since then.
