During his opening monologue at the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Sunday in Los Angeles, actor and comedian Jamie Foxx targeted Bruce Jenner in one of the jokes he made.

According to Just Jared, Foxx poked fun at Jenner's rumored transitioning into a woman.

"We have some groundbreaking performances here too tonight. We got Bruce Jenner, will be here doing some musical performances. He's doing a his and her duet all by himself," the comedian was quoted by Just Jared as saying.

After delivering the joke, he added the he is just "busting" the former Olympian's balls while he still can.

Foxx's attempt to make the crowd laugh was not appreciated by many Twitter users especially blogger Perez Hilton who booed the iHeartRadio Music Awards for Foxx's statement.

"Shame on you #iHeartAwards for allowing @iamjamiefoxx to be transphobic on national television! Those #BruceJenner jokes were wrong!!!" Hilton said on his Twitter account.

But is Jenner really transitioning into a woman? Here are the top 3 reported surgeries of the former Olympian which many believe is his way of preparing himself for the big change.

1. Flattening his Adam's Apple

An initial TMZ report said that Jenner met with a plastic surgeon in 2013 to consult about undergoing a "Laryngeal Shave," a procedure to smooth out the Adam's Apple. It added that this process is usually done as a first step of those trying to become a woman but Jenner reportedly denied the claim, noting that he just didn't like his trachea.

Daily Mail reported that in early 2014, Jenner had the procedure done to finally reduce the appearance of his Adam's Apple. Hollywood Life noticed a huge scar (almost an inch) on his neck in February 2014.

2. Nose job

Jenner allegedly had his nose done to make his face look more feminine, a report by Wet Paint claimed. The same article said that it observed a "slight difference" on Jenner's nose, though it added that he has not shared anything about the reported procedure.

3. Series of facial surgeries

Hollywood Life noted that Jenner used to have a "rounded face, a strong square jaw, and a slender but soft nose" but now his face turned up tight and his nose "pointy and bony."

"[His face] no longer has any of that youthful softness, suggests that he's had more than a few lifts," the report added.

Due to the numerous changes in his physical appearance, Hollywood Life said that what looks to be an "obsession" on these procedures is becoming alarming. It added that the effects of these surgeries also cause image insecurities on his part.
