Kevin Love and LeBron James seem to share an entirely different relationship with one another than the rest of the players of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Business Insider said the "odd relationship" between the two became apparent again in an Instagram photo posted by James showing him and a few teammates celebrating the win against the Miwaukee Bucks on Sunday with the caption "Clique Up."
Obviously, there was "no Love" on the photo as Business Insider said that the power forward does not seem to fit in with the team. There were a few more pictures on James' page which looked like Love was left out as a member of the Cavs.
The Business Insider noted that Love has already raised the issue about his "marginalized role" in the offensive strategy of the team, and admitted that he and James are not exactly "best friends."
"It's fine. It's, it's - you know, we're not best friends, we're not hanging out every day, but we see each other every day, whether at the practice facility, whether on the road or going to a game, so I think our relationship is also evolving," Love was quoted by Business Insider as saying.
He also noted that he can say the same with other people on the team, adding that it's part of the NBA.
"As I've said all along, as long as it's for the greater good, then it's fine, and I'm sure he's going to have me in the next picture. We'll see," Love added.
But in a recent New York Daily News report, the site revealed that Love's relationship with King James is not getting any better as the latter is reportedly "frustrated" with the power forward's "inability, and in some ways unwillingness, to get with the program."
And this is strongly felt by James as he was the one who pushed for Andrew Wiggins to be traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves for the Cavs to get Love.
New York Daily News also noted James' earlier rant on social media advising someone to "fit in" instead of "fit out" which was later revealed to be Love.
Aside from these issues, CBS Sports added that there is certainly something wrong with how the two players are dealing with each other, especially when Love chose college roomate and OKC point guard Russel Westbrook instead of James when asked about the potential MVP of the season.
That is aside from the instance when Love "videobombed" James while he was being interviewed after their win versus the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday night. Love was seen on camera greeting his mother a happy birthday.
James seemed shocked with the gesture but he continued on with the interview agreeing with the reporter that they are there to "spread the Love." But he seemed to have walked out not happy about the whole thing.
With all these happenings inside the team, people tend to doubt that Love will continue his stay in Cleveland when he becomes a free agent after this season.
