Although season three of "Baby Daddy" doesn't air until the spring, the gang will return for a special Christmas episode in honor of ABC Family's annual "25 Days of Christmas."

The Christmas special, titled "Emma's First Christmas," will focus on the group trying to create a spectacular Christmas celebration. 

The synopsis for the episode reads: "Ben and Danny end up in elf Suits as they try and find the perfect toy for Emma, while Riley and Tucker volunteer to help Bonnie pull off the perfect Christmas." 

The series will then take a hiatus until it returns for season three in spring 2014.

When the series returns, some special guest stars will be joining the cast including Lucy Hale of "Pretty Little Liars." The show crossover was inspired by Tahj Mowry's visit to the "Pretty Little Liars" set as Tucker, who interviewed the "Liars." Hale shot the episode in November, and her debut episode will air in 2014. 

The season will also feature a "Kyle XY" reunion. Bruce Thomas, who was co-stars with Jean-Luc Bilodeau on "Kyle XY," will appear as a possible love interest for Bonnie (Melissa Peterman). 

Season three of the show will pick up where season two left off, with Angela wanting full-custody of Emma.

The issue began when Ben (Jean-Luc Bilodeau) wanted to buy a health insurance plan for him and Emma, but he couldn't find the custody papers Angela, Emma's birth mother, left him. He finds out that Angela never signed the papers, meaning he does not have sole custody of Emma. 

At first, Angela is willing to sign the papers, because she realizes that working from paycheck to paycheck as an actress is not conducive to raising a child. However, after seeing a photo of Emma, she insists she can't give her up. 

Despite the unresolved issues, the characters will focus on enjoying the holidays on the upcoming Christmas special, which will air on Wednesday, Dec. 11 at 8:30 p.m. EST on ABC Family.
