If there is one thing that the "Mission: Impossible" films guarantee, it's that they will be filled with literally impossible stunts that in real life would mean the death of most. Don't try this at home, folks.

The recent trailer release answered a lot of basic questions M:I fans have been wondering about since the film was announced, for instance: the title. Vanity Fair confirmed that "Mission: Impossible 5" is sub-titled "Rogue Nation" and if you thought Tom Cruise's scaling of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai was a tough stunt, this time, he can be seen dangling from an airplane, and that's even more scary.

Talking about the stunt, Cruise told USA Today, "I've often sat on airplanes, looked out and thought what it would be like out there on the wing. This is the (stuff) I think about."

Playing super spy Ethan Hunt for nearly 20 years now, the actor isn't as young as he was when the franchise started, but make no mistake, the actor was adamant that he still does many of his own stunts, admitting "That's me the whole time. I was standing right over the tires when we landed. It's nerve-racking for everyone else, but pretty exciting for me."

According to Mirror UK, the stunt involved Cruise being suspended from an Airbus A400M, 5,000 feet in the air.

The storyline, which has been under wraps until the release of the TV spot at the 2015 NCAA Basketball games, showed Hunt vowing to bring the highly skilled, rogue Syndicate down, a mission that is impossible to achieve -- considering that the anti-IMF organization has trained agents who can do what Hunt and the team does -- and his own plot for vengeance put the super spy into a lot of trouble with torture, escapes, and of course, dangling from the airplane as the film's official poster shows.

Cinema Blend notes that Sean Harris is playing the main villain in the film, and in terms of cast members, Alec Baldwin is making a cameo as the head of the CIA, on the lookout for Hunt. There's also a new female lead, of course; this time, it will be played by Rebecca Ferguson who showed off her own action-packed stunts. Also reprising their roles are Jeremy Renner as William Brandy and Ving Rhames as Luther Stickell.

The official full-length trailer will be released on March 23, and the film is slated to be released in theaters on July 31, 2015.
