A new series of teaser photos has been unveiled for the highly anticipated "James Bond" installment titled "Spectre."

The official posters, which was released by Sony and EON Productions, feature Daniel Craig's 007 wearing a tight dark turtleneck while gripping his Walther PPK gun. His lethal blue-eyed stare also serves as an enigmatic element of the snapshots.

The photos were made public by the official 007 website. Check them out below.

'Spectre' Latest News

Just recently, another actress was added to the official cast of "Spectre." The film's official Facebook page announced the news, saying that Mexican actress Stephanie Sigman be portraying a character named Estrella. The brunette beauty previously starred as the lead in 2011 Academy Award nominated flick "Miss Bala" and in 2013's "Pioneer."

She will be joining Craig as the iconic titular character, Christoph Waltz as Oberhauser (Bond's German-accented foe), Lea Seydoux, Dave Bautista, Andrew Scott, and Monica Bellucci, Forbes reported. Cinema Blend noted that Ben Whishaw, Rory Kinnear, and Naomie Harris are also in the cast.

Scott, known for his portrayal of Moriarty in the BBC series "Sherlock," will play as MI5 employee Denbigh, The Hollywood Reporter stated. Bellucci and Seydoux are the new Bond girls, portraying the roles of Lucia Sciarra and Madeleine Swann, respectively.

"Spectre" will once again be directed by "Skyfall" director Sam Mendes, with the screenplay written by John Logan, Neal Purvis, and Robert Wade, ComingSoon.net reported. The flick is slated for release on November 6, 2015.

Just recently, BadTaste.it compiled a number of video clips from the set of "Spectre" in which a car chase in Rome was being filmed. According to Entertainment Weekly, one of the scenes was supposed to be filmed near the Quattro Fontane, or Four Fountains, but the structure was reportedly fragile and undergoing restoration at the time.

Mexico Paid 'Spectre' Producers to Rewrite Script

In line with the Sony hack, it was revealed that Mexican officials have offered to pay Sony Pictures Entertainment and MGM $20 million to "portray a positive image of the country" in the upcoming film, Daily Mail wrote.

The agreement, dubbed the "Mexican Deal," had "Spectre" producers and writers revise the scripts and make casting changes in a "desperate" bid to save money, sacrificing creative control over the project, the news outlet noted.

Spectre, an acronym for Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion, is a fictional global terrorist organization led by the villain Ernst Stavro Blofeld, Coming Soon wrote. It's unclear whether the character, which was first known in Ian Fleming's James Bond novels, will appear in the new film.

The trailer for "Spectre" isn't here yet. A featurette, however, has been released. Watch below.
