It wouldn't be Black Friday without a special offer from Microsoft and their tablets.
The original Surface, in its 32GB internal storage model, is priced at $199, which is a $150 savings from the $349 price tag. A discount for the 32GB Surface with the black Touch Cover is not available as it is priced at original cost of $399.
The 64GB model of the original Surface also received a price discount of $50. With the aforementioned discount, the 64GB Surface with Windows RT tablet will cost the consumer $399, down from the original $449. The 64GB Surface tablet with the black Touch Cover is also available with a $50 price cut to $449 instead of the original $499.
According to the online Microsoft Store, the price cuts end on Dec. 2.
The second-generation Surface tablet (Surface 2) maintained its prices at $449 for the 32GB model and $549 for the 64GB. The Surface 2 tablets, however, are "Out of stock" on the official Microsoft Store website.
The Surface Pro 2's 64GB model, worth $899, is sold out on the online Microsoft Store. The 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB models are back in stock. The 128GB will cost the consumer $999. The 256GB model is priced at $1,299 and the 512GB model is priced at $1,799.
Regardless of the Surface variant purchased, the online Microsoft Store is offering the tablets with free shipping and free returns.
