Season 5 of HBO's hit fantasy-drama "Game of Thrones" is only a month away, and it seems that the network is making it extra difficult for people not to watch the show when they just announced that the series will air simultaneously in 170 countries and territories around the globe.

According to The Verge, the simultaneous broadcast will be on HBO-branded networks - HBO Asia, HBO Canada, HBO Europe, HBO Latin America, HBO Netherlands, HBO Nordic, and their partner carriers in the different countries. While it's great news for fans, with all time zones staying in tune for the simultaneous airing, it's going to be difficult, especially if it airs 9PM ET, because, as the Sydney Morning Herald noted, it will mean that it's going to air at 11AM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on Monday, April 13 - not really the best time to watch especially if you're in school or at work.

The Huffington Post announced that the standalone streaming service HBO Now will be released in time for the hit series premiere. With "Game of Thrones" holding the errr... throne as the most pirated series for three years in a row, the simultaneous airing could be the network's attempt at reducing illegal downloading.

The most recent trailer, which was released Monday gave a more in-depth look at the show, with sex, blood, and dragons taking stage. The titles of the first three episodes have also been revealed via HBO's official schedule:

Episode 4.1 - The Wars to Come
Episode 4.2 - The House of Black and White
Episode 4.3 - High Sparrow

Vanity Fair also confirmed some major plot points for the show. Spoiler Alert! But if you insist, check them out:

1) Sansa will definitely be back in Winterfell, but there is no clear reason why she's there. Considering this deviates from the book, even readers don't know what she's doing in the family crypts, either.

2) Ser Loras appears to be on trial, another book deviation. However, with Cersei campaigning against the Tyrells, this could be her way of getting out of marrying a man she does not desire.

3) Winter is not coming: it's here. The shot of Brienne and Pod huddling in the snow proves that their journey is made more difficult because of the weather. As fans know, winter in Westeros is vastly different from our own, and this could mean a long one for them.
