After officially ending his marriage to Jenna Gomez, Los Angeles Clippers' Glen "Big Baby" Davis now has a girlfriend and she is an Instagram model.

An initial report by TMZ said the Clippers player was hanging out Sunday night with Jasmin Jaye at Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills. The report said the couple are also out to prove that they are not dating behind Gomez's back.

"I am divorced," Davis repeatedly told TMZ with his new flame saying he should clarify the issue as people on social media are already bashing her.

According to Sports World News, Jaye is a California-based model who has more than a quarter of a million followers on Instagram. She loves posting sexy photos on her Instagram page.

Davis told TMZ that he saw Jaye at a game and he was like "Oh I want her."

"It was the end of the game. She had a big furry coat on and I was like 'Damn, I need that,'" the Clippers star added.

An In Flex We Trust report said that Davis married Gomez, his longtime girlfriend, on Dec. 31, 2013. The couple reportedly started dating during the 2007-2008 rookie season. They have a daughter named Amari.

An earlier Fabwags report said Gomez was a star player of the Tufts University Women's Basketball Team where she was a three-year starter and a senior co-captain. Her being a basketball player seemed to have jived with the athleticism of Davis. The couple reportedly lived together in Boston where she became a strong support system for Davis during his career in the NBA.

Before August 2009, the couple thought they were already leaving Boston with the lack of a new contract for Davis.

"There was a point in time when I thought I wasn't going to come back. I was telling my girlfriend, 'Hey, we gotta pack. It's time to go.' There was a point in time then, but it's so funny how things change so quickly," the basketball player said, as quoted by Fabwags.

They did not pack their things as the Boston Celtics signed Davis to a two year contract reportedly worth $6.3 million. However, in 2011, the two had to eventually leave Boston as Big Baby was traded to the Orlando Magic. Just recently, rumors of their divorce circled as people theorized that it was because Davis cheated with Jaye.

But it seems Davis is sending the message that they have been separated before he even went on a date with Jaye. The basketball star also seemed to have moved on maybe from a painful past and separation from his ex-wife.

He is certainly hoping that people would stop questioning his relationship with his new flame and just let them enjoy their lives.
