In her testimony on Monday, Aaron Hernandez's former nanny said the ex NFL player kissed her inside a Boston apartment after a joyride with a friend from Boston to North Attleboro two nights before the killing of Odin Lloyd.

The incident, according to The Associated Press, happened at the suburban apartment which Hernandez is renting and is just nearby the home where his fiancee and daughter are living. Jennifer Fortier, who was the babysitter of Hernandez's child at the time, told the court that the former NFL player kissed her.

Before the incident, she recalled that she and her friend Amanda were leaving a club in Boston when she saw Hernandez parked in front of the W Hotel

"As I was walking, I looked over, and there he was. He saw me and said, 'Hello - get in,' " Fortier added.

The babysitter also detailed that when she got in the car, she noticed two other men inside it. Lloyd was sitting next to Hernandez on the front seat while a younger man was at the back. Hernandez is charged with two others in the killing of Lloyd last June 17, 2013.

"I kept telling him I had to get out. I was the babysitter and I felt uncomfortable," Fortier was quoted by Boston Herald as saying when she asked Hernandez to take her back to where her friend parked her car near the hotel.

Upon arrival at the apartment, Fortier said Hernandez called her to the bedroom. She said, "He kissed me and I pushed him away and I said, 'No, I'm your nanny. I can't do this.'" She said she immediately left the room and called a cab using her friend's phone.

According to the Associated Press, Fortier's statement counters the argument of the defense saying Hernandez has no motive to kill Lloyd as he has a good life with his "loving family." What she said may have proven that the former NFL is partying with friends and smoking marijuana.

Aside from the hook-up incident, Fortier also shared that on the night of Lloyd's murder she also looked after Hernandez's child. She identified a surveillance from that night which showed Hernandez holding a dark object while he passed by the living room. It has been reported that the former NFL player was allegedly holding a .45-caliber gun which was murder weapon used to kill Lloyd. The gun, until now, has not yet been retrieved.

The footage, according to Boston Herald, also showed Hernandez and a co-defendant talking inside the living room before they left the house with another companion at around 1 a.m. Prosecutors have argued that the three went to pick up Lloyd from is Dorchester home. Lloyd was killed at around 3:30 a.m. at an industrial park near Hernandez's home.
