Miley Cyrus finally addressed the pregnancy rumors that has been plaguing her for a while now, and she did so with a shocking photo on Instagram - herself getting an ultrasound.

She's been dating Patrick Schwarzenegger for several months now, however, is the couple ready to take their relationship to the next level?

Maybe, or maybe not, but the couple are both financially independent, and it seems that they're in a good place. However, fans shouldn't think too much about the singer's pregnancy though - it was a pizza baby after all.

The photo was actually that of a baby and pizza emoji, and the doctor was her assistant, Cheyne Thomas. She captioned the photo, "The rumors are true...... @cheythom."

However, as Hollywood Life pointed out, Miley is pretty clever, and with Patrick being a proud owner of his own pizza restaurant called Blaze Pizza, the singer could be making fun of the fact that if she is pregnant, it's going to be with Patrick's baby.

This is not the first time that the 22-year-old pop star had to address pregnancy rumors. In December, she posted the cover of "Life & Style" magazine and debunking the story by captioning the photo, "those 3 days I was off Instagram I got pregnant and went to rehab. I was am super busy sorry guys. I know how much you missed my edits.

It seems that Miley has been fighting a lot of rumors lately. According to E! News, Life & Style wrote that she was "pregnant and dumped" in January, claiming that the former Disney star was "notoriously lax about birth control."

Miley refused to address all the rumors as they came, however, she did manage to shut them up for a while when she showed up at the Grammy's arm in arm with her beau in a risqué dress that indicated she's definitely not sporting any baby bumps.

It was only a matter of time that the rumor mill came back with more pregnancy allegations, however, according to E! Miley and Patrick are just enjoying their time together, and that she is even earning some good brownie points with his family.

A source said, "Miley and Patrick definitely look like a cute, happy couple and are getting serious."

Again, she is not pregnant. Sporting a pizza baby, perhaps, but definitely not pregnant.
