The Android Lollipop v. 5.1 is coming soon, and it seems that it's going to solve all of the problems that Lollipop users have been facing and that everything will be well and dandy soon enough, with a March release date to keep people happy.

Here are the new features to look forward to, as noted by The Fuse Joplin:

1) Wi-Fi and Bluetooth networks can be found in-line, so you won't have to go to another window to connect with the wireless networks, so connecting is now an easier feat.

2) It also brings back the silent mode, which is awesome because whoever thought of removing that in the first place? Vibrations use too much battery, and to be honest, it's good knowing that you won't be subject to dirty looks in the cinema anymore.

3) The Android uses a lot of RAM memory, but a tweak and upgrade may mean that the phones on Lollipop v5.1 will be faster and functional, and hopefully, with less hang-ups than previous Android platforms.

4) It will also have the "OK Google" feature that opens it to voice command. Simply saying "OK Google" to your phone or tab will open the voice search and give command for Google to do something for you. Although this sounds useful, it had a lot if kinks and bugs in its first version, so it is likely that Google was able to fix the problem with the 5.1 Lollipop platform.

5) The International Business Times also noted that the lock screen is said to be different, it will now unlock your screen as well as close the Quick Settings (QS) simultaneously, as opposed to the previous version where you have to swipe to close QS, and again to unlock the screen.

6) It also has an auto-rotate toggle feature with added animation, like the hour glass flipping over with the Clock App, and more.

Android Pit also noted that the 5.1 version fixes sudden app closures and has improved battery management for a longer phone life. It also solved the notification problems that some users are having, as well as the general sound problems for some devices.

Basically, the bugs are gone, in theory.

Other features may still come to light before the release, but it looks like the Lollipop is ready for an upgrade. So should you.

What other features and updates do you want to see in the Lollipop 5.1?
