LG does not bend; it flexes.

Following last year's flagship LG G Flex comes LG G Flex 2, a 5.5-inch display model with screen arc for better user handling. According to The Next Digit website, it will be available beginning March 13 on Sprint and pre-orders already started on February 20.

While Sprint already has the LG G Flex 2 for its subscribers, (available with no down payment and at $21 for 24 months under the easy pay plan) T-Mobile and AT&T are yet to indicate their launch date, however, it is sure that these wireless carriers will also have them soon.

So what is it about the Flex 2 that makes it so appealing?

According to Forbes, it is the "world's fastest phone," beating Samsung Note 4 and Apple's iPhone 6 to a pulp, beating both phones in several benchmarking tools used.

The phone specs are also quite interesting because although it uses a Snapdragon chipset, the company only went with a 2GB RAM instead of the usual 3GB, and it only has 16GB worth of internal memory. It can, however, take on upto a 2TB card in its microSD slot, which is good news for those who are constantly attached to their gadgets.

Unfortunately, it runs on a lower resolution with a 1080 x 1920 panel, but it's still pretty amazing, the 3DMark Benchmark only has to run at 720 x 1280.

As for its battery life, GSM Arena noted that the Flex 2 is powered by a non-removable 3,000 mAh battery, slightly less than the Flex flagship, but comes with a Snapdragon 810 chipset that supports fast charging. According to the website, it can replenish 60% of the battery life in half an hour. Its battery however, packs a lot of juice - almost 18 hours worth of talk time. It's still less than its predecessor, but you have to admit it's still a good score.

Unfortunately for heavy web-browsers, it will only last a little over six hours when using the internet, so you still have to limit your social media use if you want to save more power.

For those addicted to photos and selfies, there is also another feature to make the phone more exciting. According to Gizmondo, it also has a dual flash for its new and improved cameras -a 13-megapixel main camera with laser auto-focus and OIS+ optical stabilization, and a 2.1 front camera for better selfies.

Are you ready to upgrade your phone for the new LG G Flex 2?
