The full-body scan conducted late in January at the Pixel Gun Studios has prompted fans to be optimistic that the "NBA 2K16" game would be released in October, as rumored.

That would only continue what seems to be a tradition, Christian Post noted, explaining that previous releases fell in the month of October.

NBA 2K16 Game did not pinpoint a specific date but said it would be launched by the end of this year.

The body scan was a welcome improvement as only face scans were employed in the previous editions, noted the Christian Post report. They are expected, just like previous games, to be available on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and personal computers.

But, in a listing by the NBA 2K16 Game, there are still many more improvements to introduce to the game, even though it has collected positive responses from users.

The listing has eight points, starting off with improved simulation. The report noted that too much premium was given to high-definition graphics that the relation to real life has taken a backseat.

It noted that avatars were performing too well compared to the real players. The avatars' ratings in areas like passing and dribbling were reportedly inconsistent with their performance.

That relates to another point: a better rating system for the teams. The skill margins among teams are just too close, it explained.

The wishlist also shows that there are too many calls for fouls and that the game relies too much on monetary purchases.

Last of all, NBA 2k16 Game said the servers should be able to take the demand so that players do not experience delayed releases and other hangups. The website is hoping that developers would take note of the comments coming from fans.

News Everyday agreed, as it noted that fans have been waiting for their feedbacks to be heard, especially with the "WWE 2K" now entertaining them.

It can be recalled that WWE Games reached out to fans and the result has been great.

“We are asking for your sincere feedback and wishlist items on the future of WWE Games. What features do you want to see? What haven’t you liked in past years that you want improved?” said WWE Games community manager Marcus Stephenson, per Attack of the Fanboy.

In the meantime, the 2K Forum thread "NBA 2K16 ideas. Please consider at least 1 idea 2K." has been gaining more and more comments.

But the question is, if "NBA 2K16" does entertain crowdsourced improvements, will it meet the October launch date?
