Kanye West should learn how to keep his mouth shut, or else he will be losing a lot of celebrity friends, including the Music Industry's power couple - Jay Z and Beyonce - who were reportedly embarrassed by him when he dissed singer Beck (who won Album of the Year), and the Grammy Awards as a whole last week.

After the ceremony, Us Magazine noted that Kanye slammed on the Awards and Beck when he told E! News, "I just know that the Grammys, if they want real artists to keep coming back, they need to stop playing with us," he told E! during their after show. "We ain't gonna play with them no more. And Beck needs to respect artistry and he should've given his award to Beyonce."

This did not fare well with Jay Z and Beyonce, though. A source for Hollywood Life said, "To say Jay Z and Beyonce were embarrassed by what Kanye had to say about Beck and the Grammy Awards is an understatement. First of all, Jay Z is a huge fan of Beck. Second of all, he doesn't want or need Kanye acting like he's part of Beyonce's team because he isn't. Both Jay Z and Beyonce don't want to be associated with Kanye. They will put on their happy faces when they are around him and Kim, but that's where the party stops."

Kanye's attempt to hijack Beck's claim to fame was almost a repeat of the 2009 MTV Music Video Awards, when he interrupted Taylor Swift by walking up on stage claiming the mic from Swift and said, "Imma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time."

However, this time, he did let Beck accept his award and merely served as a comic relief, out of respect for his wife, Kim Kardashian, and their daughter, North. He shared, "I got my wife, I got my daughter, and I got my clothing line, so I'm not going to do nothing to put my daughter at risk. But I am here to fight for creativity."

It seemed to have gone okay, after all, Kanye didn't totally hijack Beck's Grammy moment, however, according to the New York Daily News, Beyonce was not happy about it anyway, with a source saying, "Beyoncé's pissed at Jay Z for allowing Kimye so close to them. Beyoncé and her team have worked very hard to put out the exact image they want out there - it's super-controlled and managed and manicured. So for Kanye to jump up on stage without it being planned or part of a discussion is exactly the type of drama Beyoncé did not want with Kim and Kanye and the tabloid lives they live."
