Following the release of the iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3 in October, reports surrounding Apple's next tablets have generously graced the Internet. The industry forecasts three new iPads to arrive this year, and one of them could be released two months from now if reports are accurate.

In late 2014, analysts have predicted the decline in iPad shipments; the first-ever in Apple's history. More recently, Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI Securities believed that sales are bound to struggle this year, despite the rumored arrival of a mega-sized iPad model.

While the Cupertino giant has not confirmed any information, the tech community welcomed the idea of an iPad Air 3, iPad Mini 4 and iPad Pro (aka iPad Air Plus). We've curated the latest information about these models, so check them out below.

iPad Air 3

The iPad Air 3 most likely arrives in October, Macworld said. This is a fair idea, since its predecessors had been unveiled in the same month.

The original iPad came with a thickness of 7.5 mm. Considering the iPad Air 2's reduction to 6.1 mm, the outlet seeded thoughts of a slimmer iPad Air 3. But, just how thin could the next "Air" be?

The PCAdvisor is convinced that the upcoming device packs an A9X processor, among other improvements. Meanwhile, Gotta Be Mobile listed some desirable features, such as wireless charging, an optional stylus and NFC support.

iPad Mini 4

The iPad Mini 4 is touted to sport the same A8X processor as the iPad Air 2, the Inquisitr wrote. This might be joined by 2 GB of RAM, according to KpopStarz, which also referred to a possible launch in April.

Yet again, if Apple follows the conventional release pattern, Time looked into an October 2015 arrival.

From our previous note, reports have claimed that the original iPad Mini and even the recent iPad Mini 3 will no longer be sold in the market. On the other hand, since the iPad Mini 2 reportedly did well in the past, it's thought to stay with the rest of the line.

iPad Pro / iPad Air Plus

While speculations on the iPad Air 3 and iPad Mini 4 seemed scarce, the loudest talks buzzed over the new iPad Pro -- the 12.9-inch tablet allegedly showcasing "the best tech Apple can offer."

As told by MacRumors, the tablet will likely house 2GB of RAM, Touch ID, 802.11ac Wi-Fi and iOS 8 support. It is also believed to come with an optional stylus accessory.

It must be noted that the iPad Pro may not arrive in that gigantic size as expected, since there are also claims pointing to a 12.2-inch form factor.

Furthermore, there are mixed opinions as to when the device actually comes out. Some have indicated an "early 2015" drop, while some have set their eyes on an April - June (Q2) window. Again, these information are heard from the grapevine, so they're best taken with a pinch of salt.

Nevertheless, if the reports hold truth, we'd like to ask: Which tablet will you most likely purchase upon release? Cast your votes in the poll below!
