Big Sean didn't exactly part ways with Naya Rivera peacefully. The ex-couple called off their six-month long engagement in April 2014, allegedly due to jealousy, cheating, and stealing, which is why when Big Sean released his single titled "I Don't F*ck With You," a lot of people assumed that it's about the former "Glee" actress.

According to a report from Latina, the lyrics of the song could be a direct diss to Rivera. In the track, Big Sean raps: "I don't give a f*ck about you or anything you do. I saw you got a new man, I see you taking the pic. I see you post it up thinking that it's making me sick."

However, the rapper clarified the issue and insisted that he has no ill feelings towards his ex-girlfriend.

"I had that song a year ago, when I was in that relationship," he said in a report from Billboard. "But, obviously, everyone think it's about her. I write about what I go through - not fake shit. That's my responsibility."

He added, "I want to write about what really happens, but I'm not a spiteful person. I've answered so many questions about it, people are going to think what they want no matter what I say."

Big Sean, aka Sean Michael Anderson, was the one who decided to call it quits with Rivera and end their engagement. This was after the duo's couples' therapy failed, with Big Sean scared off by the actress's alleged "violent fits of anger and jealousy," TMZ reported.

Sources told TMZ that Rivera demanded to know the rapper's whereabouts all the time and that she would use threats on him like, "If you don't listen to what I say, I'll ruin your career."

According to rumors, the actress was suspicious whenever Big Sean was around other women, and that she once broke "an expensive lamp during a rampage in his home" while she was having one of her jealous rages.

After the breakup, Rivera lashed out on Twitter accusing her former fiancé of stealing a Rolex wristwatch from her house. The tweet has been deleted, but another report from TMZ stated that she posted: "@bigsean stealing rolexes from a lady's house now. Maybe cuz I'm on Glee and making more money or something. #triflin."

However, the ex-couple seemed to have moved past the messy split. Big Sean has been dating singer Ariana Grande since August 2014, Latina noted, while Rivera is now married to Ryan Dorsey. The wedding was held at a secret ceremony in July 2014 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
