Maná's song collaboration with Shakira, titled "Mi Verdad" or "My Truth," is out now.

Watch the Mexican rock band's first single below.

"Mi Verdad" is produced by Maná's lead singer Fernando "Fher" Olvera and American Grammy-winning songwriter George Noriega, Fox News Latino reported. The track conveys "inspiration, peace, and unconditional love" and the "trying times" of humanity.

Maná's ninth studio album is expected to come out in markets at a still unspecified date this year, Fox News Latino clarified. The album comes four years after the band's previous studio album, 2011's "Drama y Luz" or "Drama and Light."

Maná's U.S. Tour to be Sponsored by Mexican Montejo Beer

The rock band is set to go on a tour in the United States as part of their upcoming album promotion. It will be sponsored by Mexican Montejo beer, according to a report from Billboard.

The brand is a newcomer to the Mexican beer market in the U.S. It is expected to "produce special promotions, including a sweepstakes to attend a private concert by the group in one of the brand's breweries in Mexico," the news outlet noted.

Patricio Ferrara, director of marketing for Montejo, said that the brand targets the Spanish language-dominant Mexican consumers residing in the U.S.

"Montejo is a very authentic Mexican beer. For us, it was a very natural partnership with Maná, who we consider to be the best and most authentic Mexican rock band," Ferrara said, as quoted by Billboard. He also added that the brand has achieved "a significant investment" because of its partnership with the band.

Maná frontman Fher Olvera only had nice words about the beer brand. According to the musician, Montejo is "delicious" and is one of the few Mexican-made beers that "doesn't try to adopt an Anglo personality or try to change what it is," the news outlet quoted Olvera as saying.

He added, "It's important for us to feel the connection with our heritage and our fans, especially when we are traveling. We can't be more proud of having Montejo as our sponsor to help us celebrate our music with our fans in the United States."

Rock in Rio USA

Maná is also included in the star-studded lineup of Rock in Rio to be held in Las Vegas on May 8-9 and 15-16, 2015. According to the group's website, the band, which currently consists of vocalist/guitarist Olvera, drummer Alex González, guitarist Sergio Vallín, and bassist Juan Calleros, will perform on the Main Stage during Rock and Rio's first weekend.

Maná's genre usually focuses on pop rock, Latin pop, calypso, and reggae music, the band's website added. Their popularity extended to countries such as Australia, Spain, the United States, Western Europe, and Asia.
