Nike is set to release one of its highly-anticipated editions of the Nike LeBron XI, while two more colorways are slated for release in December.

Nike, through its official Nike Store twitter account, announced that the LeBron 11 "Terracotta Warrior" is set to arrive at retailers Wednesday at 8 p.m EST.

The shoe, which is officially listed as the Moon Grey/Electric Purple-Mercury Grey colorway of this now-famous LeBron James signature model, was inspired by Terracotta Warriors Exhibition game during the superstar's visit in China in 2011. This edition was first released on October 1st in China.

On its official Nike Store website, Nike posted:

"LeBron James was impressed by the Terracotta Warrior Exhibition, which he visited when he was in Xi'An, China, in 2011. The exhibit, plus James's playing style - which reflects a warrior's spirit of grit, confidence, hard work and determination - inspired the Terracotta Warrior colorway.

The design of the shoe is inspired by the Terracotta Warriors as we see them today - in neutral stone colors along with pop colors of purple/teal/red to represent how they were originally painted. The graphic texture on the upper articulates the linked, plated armor that the warriors wore. The special lining shank design graphic is drawn from the style of Bronze Age art, the era in which the Terracotta Warriors were made."

Aside from the "Terracotta Warrior" edition, Nike will also release the LeBron XI in an "Akron vs Miami" and "Miami Nights" edition in December, according to NikeLebron website.

The "Akron vs Miami" that is listed as the Brave Blue/Mineral Teal-Atomic Pink colorway will hit shelves on Dec. 7. This edition reflects James' journey from his Akron hometown to his current home city -- Miami. The blue hints symbolize the blue-collar workers of his hometown, while the pink hints represent Miami.

The neon pink hues also appear on the "Miami Nights" edition that is listed as the Black/Metallic Silver-Dark Grey-Pink Foil colorway of the LeBron XI. It will be available on Dec. 14.

All three shoes, which are expected to make waves on the sneaker market this holiday season, will retail at $200 per pair.
