Mariah Carey had vocal troubles once again in her most recent performance.
The 44-year-old pop diva was caught doing an embarrassing lip synch while performing her 1995 hit single, titled "Fantasy," at the 2015 Jazz and Blues Festival in Jamaica, Fox News Latino reports.
TMZ released the video of Carey's mishap while singing onstage. The songstress, famously known for her high notes and signature whistle, was using an isolated vocal track while performing. The songstress tried to catch up and recover several times, but she gave up and just closed her mouth when she missed entire verses of the track and appeared to forget the lyrics.

Daily Mail added that Carey "closed her eyes and placed her hand near her ear as she faked the alto notes and missed her cue" several times. She made up for it by flashing a smile at the audience, but the news outlet noted that "it wasn't enough."
Mariah's Christmas Number at NYC Rockefeller Center
This wasn't the first time that Carey botched a performance onstage. Last December, she had vocal issues when she sang her iconic holiday song "All I Want For Christmas Is You" during NBC's annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony.
According to a report from Gawker, the pop diva "missed most of the high notes she's famous for, leaving her backup singers to pick up the slack." Another report from TMZ stated that Carey was supposed to pre-tape her performance at Rockefeller Center, but it was rescheduled as a live rendition after she showed up three hours late because of a phone meeting with her divorce attorney.
TMZ added that when she arrived for the pre-taped number, NBC executives sent her home without filming her part. But apparently, the network changed its mind and gave Carey the last-minute spot.
The "My All" singer took to Twitter to apologize to her fans for making them wait in the rain. She posted: "Last night's situation was beyond my control. I apologize to all that showed up, you know that I would never want to disappoint you."
"You've kept me here, in your hearts, and I keep you in mine always. We are #lambily! #ThereForMe," Carey added.
Insiders told E! Online that the pop legend "forced production to stall for hours" because allegedly, she didn't want to perform while the rain was pouring.
"She was concerned about it affecting her voice," an insider explained. "The buzz on set was that Mariah eventually showed up in her car, but refused to get out of the car because of the weather," a source told the news outlet.
