Just recently, in her cover story for Cosmopolitan Magazine, 17-year-old Kylie Jenner was adamant about not getting plastic surgery yet, saying, "You guys have watched me grow up since I was 9. My face is going to get different. Now, I know how to do my makeup, contour, and everything. I'm not against surgery. I'd never say no, but I don't desire it right now."

A recent photo on Instagram, however, seemed to say otherwise, as Kylie, sparked rumors of plastic surgery yet again.

In the photo, Kim's younger sister looked very curvy in her low-cut, cleavage-baring top. Kylie captioned the photo, "@joycebonelli Secret Projects."

Hollywood Take noted that she's obviously working on a project and the photo was meant to promote it. However, fans and critics were looking her up for completely different reasons, mostly suspecting that she had a boob job.

But the bigger question remains, according to Hollywood Take: why is Kris Jenner's underage daughter posting photos of her cleavage?

The report assumed that it's probably because she's trying her best to look like her celebrity sister, Kim, who's gotten so much attention over the past few years. The rest of the Kardashian clan have also been featured in gossip pages over and over and over again the past year for taking their clothes off.

Meanwhile, a source for Radar Online claimed that Kris is encouraging Kylie to get plastic surgeries. "[Kris] is constantly saying how beautiful Kendall is and doesn't say the same thing about Kylie. Kris has always encouraged plastic surgery [and] has told Kylie how procedures like fillers and lip pumpers can make a huge difference."

Kylie certainly has been looking different lately, but here's a kicker: What if she just happens to have a good taste in bras and is only showing off the wonders of a Victoria's Secret lingerie?

Because that's just what it was. According to Yahoo!, sources said that Kylie was not showing off breast augmentation results, but rather, what a good push-up bra does to your chest. The website said that the bra she was wearing, called "bombshell", claims to increase your chest to up to two cup sizes - which looks about right.

Well that explains it. However, the teenager's dad, Bruce Jenner, is still concerned about how his girls are faring. A source for Radar is claiming that Bruce feels like Kris is sending the wrong message to her daughters. "For the longest time, Bruce kept the divorce amicable. But now that it's finalized, he's ready to stop stepping back. It's killing him to watch her look the other way as [Kylie and her sister Kendall] date older guys and make one bad decision after another."

Is Bruce right to get concerned, or should Kris Jenner do her thing? She already went through raising Khloe, Kim, Kourtney, and Kendall and surely, she is looking after Kylie too.
