Sorry, ladies, it seems that another favorite bachelor is off the market as Joseph Gordon-Levitt very recently tied the knot with his girlfriend on December 20. Yes, he's been married for almost two weeks and nobody knew about it.

This comes a surprise to many considering that his new wife, Tasha McCauley, is rarely seen with him during red-carpet events and according to Time, he's been mum about her, even saying in 2013, "The girl I'm with, she really doesn't want to be a part of that."

According to People Magazine, McCauley is not the Hollywood-personality type. In fact, she is a co-founder and CEO of Fellow Robots, which is a company based in Silicon Valley's NASA Research Park. Her company was said to have developed retail robots which will be soon rolling out in Lowes.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, McCauley earned her BA from Bard College and obtained a graduate certificate in robotics from the Singularity University. By 2013, she received her MBA in International Business Education and Research from the University of Southern California.

She also speaks three languages.

The couple, who married on December 20, had a private ceremony right at their own home in Los Angeles.

Not much is known about JGL's relationship. According to SMH, he hasn't said how long they've been dating as he preferred to keep his work and his personal life separate. He said, "I get up in movies and I play other people, so when the audience is watching me in movies, I don't want them thinking about me and who I'm dating, and blah blah blah. I want them to see the character, the story that I'm telling, you know."

The "Don Jon" actor also opened up in Us Magazine about being in a monogamous relationship, saying, "I think that I could partner up with somebody - I don't know who that somebody is - I could partner up with a woman and commit to we're going to raise a family and that's a project we're going to commit to for 20-something years. I like to not be too committed to any one future that's really far away, necessarily, unless there's a reason, which is why I'm saying if you're gonna raise a family...I can make that commitment."

This is the first marriage for the 33-year-old Levitt, and it seems that his holidays were made better with the marriage to add to his celebratory cheers.
