The 13-24 final score Sunday was in favor of the Oakland Raiders, but it seems that was not enough for linebacker Sio Moore to stop talking and just strike a happy victory smile.

While his team had already pushed the San Francisco 49ers' chances to get to the playoffs to near-oblivion, Moore still thought to poke fun at Colin Kaepernick through Instagram, reported Deadspin.

Moore posted a photo of themselves looking at each other face to face during the game, accompanied by the caption: "There's a difference between boys and Men... Freakin chump."

"It's probably a good thing the 49ers and Raiders only play each other once every four years because if Colin Kaepernick and Sio Moore saw each other more often than that, things would probably get ugly," said CBS Sports.

The issue relates to an earlier incident. During the halftime, the linebacker was sent out to the locker room, but instead waited for Kaepernick at the tunnel, the report said.

As the latter was headed there, Moore approached him and repeatedly said, "I'm good. I'm good," TMZ said.

"I hope you are. I'm coming for you," Kaepernick said in response, then Moore said "Bitch ass mother f----r." Tony Jerod-Eddie stepped in as the two parted ways, telling Moore, "I'll fire your ass up."

Aside from the Instagram attack after the game, Moore also took to Twitter, retweeting a video of his tackle on Kaepernick. CBS Sports clarified however that the seven-yard loss was his only contribution in the game -- "Six of Kaepernick's 18 completions in the game went Moore's way," it reported.

San Francisco Chronicle's Vic Tafur tweeted: "While effective downhill, LB Sio Moore was charged with six catches allowed on six targets his way, giving up 80 yards (52 YAC) and a score."

Kaepernick was noticeably hot-headed on that day, as proven by an incident with a cameraman.

That happened at halftime, with the 49ers quarterback putting his hands on a KPIX 5 camera, as the sports photographer using it was trailing the star while walking off the field. It happened just before the confrontation with Moore.

"Kaepernick deflected sports photojournalist Anthony Catchatoorian's camera, but it could be considered assault under strict legal terms," explained CBS San Francisco, adding that it happened as the teams were still tied in the the Battle of the Bay in the Oakland home game.

After that, going into the second half, the 49ers got a beating from their opponent to end 24-13 and get a record of 7-6, against the suppoedly weaker team's 2-11.

According to CBS San Francisco, Kaepernick, a fourth-year player, has been in hot water for struggling with his accuracy recently, his rating dropping to 85.1, "the lowest since his rookie campaign."

It has taken a toll on his relationship with the media: "Last week, Kaepernick's weekly session with the media included one-sentence responses or nods of the heads to 30 of the 32 questions asked. The other two answers were two sentences long," the report said.
