The heart wants what it wants, and it looks like the heart wanted a ring - and Justin Bieber is ready to put one on it.

Despite reports of the Biebs wanting to propose to Selena Gomez, this time, it looks like he's serious about it: the Hollywood Life reported that Justin went to Avianne & Co Jeweler's showroom in New York, where he was looking at different engagement rings last November 12, and apparently, according to a source, he is even akin on designing something special for his special girl.

An insider for Life & Style even said, "Justin's telling everyone that Selena will be his wife and he's going to propose."

Selena could love this but her support system is apparently less supportive, worrying about the fact that she may overlook the fact that Justin may break her heart over and over and over again.

After all, Justin was seen earlier this week spending an afternoon with 18-year-old Hailey Baldwin. However, a source for Hollywood Life has said, "He was just having fun playing games, he played some of the super shot basketballs and some of the two minute drill. It looked like they were having a good time with each other."

Of course, Jelena have broken up and got back together more times than anyone can count, but with Selena looking gorgeous in a white wedding dress, who could deny they'd want her to walk down the aisle soon?

It doesn't matter how Selena would look though, according to Hollywood News Daily's pop culture expert, Justin is definitely not ready for that to happen, saying, "Justin isn't ready for that kind of responsibility. He can't even take care of his dog. He's not ready for a wife. He has a lot of growing up to do before he's ready for marriage."

This isn't the first time that Justin made waves about proposing to Selena, but earlier in the year, Selena's grandparents, who the couple used to visit, were sure that if he does drop down on one knee, she would say yes.

Her grandparents told Life & Style, "I think she loves him. If he were to eventually propose... I don't know. We'd be happy, because she's happy with him."
