The rumored successor to Samsung's Galaxy S5 flagship continues to stir public interest, most specially now that it has been whispered to feature a contortionist look. Apparently, there are speculations claiming that Galaxy S6 or "Project Zero" will arrive in a full-metal case with foldable -- not just bendable -- display.

According to Christian Today, the notion of a foldable screen comes from the premise established by the Korean tech giant in its Galaxy Note Edge model.

Since the concept was born in the aforementioned device, why not in the next S-line flagship? After all, it has been known that Galaxy S5 wasn't much of a big financial help. In addition, "Project Zero" sounds much like a scratch-starting, revolutionary move.

As Android Pit puts it, the Galaxy S6 was rumored to "deviate dramatically" from its predecessors' line-up. The outlet cited Galaxy S5's apparent failure in sales performance, quoting a report from Wall Street Journal, "Samsung sold about 40% fewer Galaxy S5 smartphones than expected, with about 12 million units sold to consumers in the first three months since April compared with about 16 million units for the preceding flagship phone, the Galaxy S4, according to people familiar with the matter."

Christian Today also noted that there had been rumors surrounding the full-metal architecture of the upcoming device. This assumption draws inspiration from the Galaxy Alpha, which of course, took the metal frame seriously.

Previously, we also took note of a Galaxy S6 design featuring full-metal body. The concept was originally presented by 3G UK, said the Deccan Chronicle. The model reportedly had no plastic anywhere in sight.

Other reported features of the Galaxy S6 include a 21 MP main camera, QHD / 2K display (2560 x 1440 resolution), Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 chipset (64-bit) and 3 GB of RAM, wrote International Business Times. We have also covered that another version of the device may come powered by an Exynos 7420 processor, having four Cortex-A53 and four Cortex-A57 cores. It is expected to run Android 5.0 Lollipop.

If Samsung maintains its convention of releasing S-line products, the Galaxy S6 will most likely arrive in the next Mobile World Congress on the first week of March 2015.

Phone Arena expects the device to retail for $649 (full payment) or $199 on a two-year commitment.
