Now that the real score between Austin Mahone and Camila Cabello is finally out in the open, the pop singer can't seem to stop gushing about his girlfriend.

In a recent interview with Teen Vogue, the "Mmm Yeah" singer opened up about the Fifth Harmony member.

"I wasn't looking for a relationship, but we became really good friends when we were on tour. She's an amazing girl, and we have the best time together."

Austin, 18, and Camila, 17, first met when they toured together last summer alongside Shawn Mendes and The Vamps, E! Online recalled. Austin admitted that he loved hanging out with Camila and the rest of the Fifth Harmony members, and even said that the girls are all talented and beautiful.

Meanwhile, in a report by Hollywood Life, it was noted that Camila confirmed during a guest appearance in "Watch What Happens Live" that she is dating Austin. Host Andy Cohen asked which of the Fifth Harmony girls is dating the pop singer and that's when Camila raised her hand and said, "That would be me."

"I think we've known each other for a really long time, we've known each other for like, a year and a half now, like since we were, like on "X Factor"," she said, as quoted by Hollywood Life.

Naturally, fans of the couple went crazy after Camila revealed the big news. In response, Austin teasingly tweeted, "Like you guys didn't know already." Camila favorited the tweet, J-14 noted.

Signs about their relationship have been springing up even before they announced their dating status. A report from J-14 features a photo of the duo caught holding each other's hands while out on a date.

"I think just the way that he treats me and the way that he treats people [is the cutest thing about him]," the singer said. "He's just a really, really good guy and he treats me really, really well. And he just makes me feel nice," Camila said in another J-14 report.

It can be recalled that in an interview with Teen Vogue, Austin disclosed what he looks for in a girlfriend. J-14 wrote that "he likes girls who can cook, are shorter than him, and love to travel."

It looks like he found the qualities he was looking for in Camila.
