Lebron James is not happy about losing. After the Cleveland Cavaliers lost to the Portland Trail Blazers, 101-82, the four-time NBA Most Valuable Player knew what went wrong, according to a For The Win report.

Apparently, the Cavs had poor teamwork.

"There's been a lot of losing basketball around here for a few years. A lot of guys who are going to help us ultimately win haven't played a lot of meaningful games in our league. When we get to that point where every possession matters, no possessions off ... we have to share the ball, we have to move the ball, we've got to be a team and be unselfish and we'll be a better team," James told For The Win.

The same report noted that the returning Cavs superstar "looked completely disinterested on offense" for much of the second half. James did not perform well in some of his games in the past but it became obvious, during his recent game, that "he pulled back on his offensive game," dropped interest in scoring and fired the ball to the next guy several times because he wanted "to prove a point" to his teammates.

According to the article, this isn't new to King James who pulled a similar move in Cleveland in the past and also while he was still in Miami.

But is it a smart thing to do? For The Win predicted that James may risk losing his team if he continues to sacrifice the game to prove his point, to tell his teammates they need him, in this way. In addition, the team also has a problem in defense, the report added. Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love's defenses, even at their best, proved to be insignificant-despite Coach David Blatt's aggressive defense strategies.

USA Today article reported that James, managing to make only 11 points, "didn't have his best game either,"

"But it's not about what James is doing, not right now. It's about what his teammates are and aren't doing," it added.

"I'm just trying to do other things. I'm trying to instill what it takes to win. My mission is not a one-game thing. We have to do multiple things in order to win. We have to share the ball. We've got to play defense. We've got to sacrifice in order to ultimately win. Obviously, when you're going through the process, it's not the best part of it. But I'm looking at the end of the tunnel," James was quoted as saying by For The Win.

Is this a great leadership move for James? It is interesting to find out in the Cavaliers' future games.
