Chris Brown got angry -- very angry. "The Real" show's Tamar Braxton and Adrienne Bailon, along with other hosts, were talking about relationship issues during the program's November 3 episode when Brown's romance with young model Karrueche Tran was brought up.

They mentioned how Tran should be more cautious about Brown, and that she needs "real friends to tell her the truth".

The 25-year-old recording artist didn't like what they said and he expressed his anger on Instagram. According to The Boom Box, the post was taken down but was still captured by his followers.

"I ain't got no chill button. If you don't like it, f- it," Brown said in the video.

Tran, on the other hand, also directed a post to Braxton defending her boyfriend:

"Unlike most of you... I could care less about the opinions of others.. Drama doesn't amuse me - so yes @tamabraxton I do have a voice, just not like yours.. However my bf I can't speak for.. We all know he has no chill. Just like everyone else out there - he has an opinion."

After his social media rampage, it was obvious that Brown was able to compose himself and see things more clearly.

A part of his latest post reads:

"Yesterday's roast was amusing to some and disrespectful to others. All in all the whole sh*t was childish. I could've have been politically correct and went about the situation more civilised but I'm not fake nor do I need to ever comment on anyone's life. I felt the need to say what I felt. It seems everyone can always have an opinion on "CHRIS BROWN" and chime in whenever they want. The show was depicting relationships. They gave their views on my relationship by bashing my significant other for being with me publicly on national television..."

Meanwhile, Bailon explained her side of the story.

"The conversation was generally speaking of anyone who may 'possibly' be in a bad relationship. Please don't start drama that doesn't exist," Bailon said.
