Rihanna and Chris Brown might be re-igniting their romance anytime soon.

According to Hollywood Life, Rihanna was spotted at Da Silvano restaurant in New York City wearing black and white men's boxers. Coincidentally, Brown also has the same pair. Does this mean that the two are back together?

The underwear was apparently revealed when Rihanna stood up while in the restaurant while Brown's was seen on a photo he took of himself, according to Hollywood Life.

However, a source told Urban Islandz that rumors of the two getting back together are not true.

"That's just a coincidence Rih did not hook up with Chris, she is very much single and is not dating anyone right now," the insider told Urban Islandz. "Rihanna is very busy and has no time for to do these things she is rumored to be doing, give the girl a break," the source added.

Urban Islandz reported that Rihanna is currently busy with her 8^th album that is due to come out on November. And rumor has it that the song, "Color Girl," on her upcoming album, hints at a possible reconciliation with Brown, according to Thy Blackman.

The two were also reportedly seen at the Plum Crazy nightclub chatting the night away with their heads close together, Thy Blackman reported.

However, Hollywood Life said that Brown is not denying the fact that he's still in talking terms with Rihanna.

"We're friends. Nothing too serious. We're not trying to start a life together right now, we're just having fun," Brown said, as cited by Hollywood Life.

When asked about whether or not Rihanna is the inspiration for his track "Drunk Texting," Brown said on the Hollywood Life report: "But as far as me writing and going into that, I don't really try to put my focus on Rihanna every song. At the end of the day it's almost six, seven years later."

So what does Brown's current girlfriend Karrueche Tran think about his friendship with Rihanna? Hollywood Life claims that the model isn't bothered by it and that she is confident of her relationship with the singer.

"Karrueche is one of the main reasons Chris is back on his feet and becoming more mature as the days go by," a source revealed in the Hollywood Life report.

"He wouldn't break her like that. He loves Karrueche too much and wants her in his life forever. Especially on a romantic level," the insider added.

Hollywood Life further reported that Brown and Tran are going strong, and that he thinks no other woman can compare to his girlfriend.

"In Chris' mind, not too many girls can replace Karrueche or even walk in her shoes. He has promised her he'd never cheat on her or break her heart again and he meant that," Hollywood Life's insider dished.
