Looks like Charlie Villanueva of the Dallas Mavericks popped the question to girlfriend Michelle Game, and a hard-to-miss diamond sparkler is on the lady's ring finger to prove it.

They are engaged, a TMZ Sports report confirmed, revealing that the 30-year-old power forward proposed to his model beau recently.

Game took to Instagram three days ago to announce the new chapter in their relationship, saying: "Last night I said yes to the love of my life. I couldn't be happier to spend a lifetime with my best friend."

She added, "He fills a part of my heart that makes me whole, and I'm so happy I wanted to share with you all. I love you ... forever."

That post now has nearly 6,000 likes, and comments like "Yes that's a ring" and "Congrats lady!! Blessing to both of you!!!"

A recent Instagram post features the ring, the photo captioned: "Oh sorry....I woke up like this." One of her followers asked if she needed a bodyguard and another said, "laaawwdddd this ring is amazing."

Get to know Michelle Game

According to TMZ Sports, Game has appeared in music videos of stars like 50 Cent and Meek Mill, among others.

Heavy came out with some information fans may want to know about Game.

1. She and Villanueva have been dating for two years now.

2. They are raising two kids, a son and a daughter,

3. "Game's fabulous genetics come from her half Filipino, half African American heritage of which she is extremely proud of. "

4. She also advertises for protein drinks and nutrition drinks.

Game changer

Meanwhile, according to Mavs.com, Villanueva survived the cuts in the preseason to make it to the Mavericks roster, despite locking just a nonguaranteed contract worth $1.3 million this season.

The 6-foot-10 cager impressed coach Rick Carlisle by overshadowing other hopefuls, even with the death of a family member, it said. He was Toronto's seventh overall pick in 2005.

"It's been a roller-coaster ride for me ... You know, from the beginning not knowing where I was going to end up and then having an opportunity here, but having all the odds against me," he told Mavs.com.

"They already had 15 players guaranteed bringing me into camp. And it's been hard, too. But I wanted to thank God for giving me the strength, because on Oct. 14 I ended up losing my grandmother and it's just been hard," he added.

Still, according to the report, he managed 9.0 points and 2.9 rebounds in seven of eight exhibition games with the Mavs.

Star-Telegram reported that in an Oct. 12 game versus the Indiana Pacers, he played 11 minutes in the fourth quarter and produced 16 points and four rebounds, contributing to a 106-98 victory. To take the three-point shooter in, the Mavs waived players Bernard James, Doron Lamb and Ivan Johnson.

Villanueva is one happy man, on so many different levels. He's got Game.
