Dutch midfielder Wesley Sneijder could find his way to joining his old manager Jose Mourinho in English Premier League's (EPL) Chelsea, after his current club, Süper Lig's Galatasaray, expressed their interest to sell the playmaker for a £12.5 million ($20.9 million) price tag, a source Tuesday.
