Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini Release Date for AT&T August 23, with HTC One Mini

A new twitter leak from @evleaks is quite puzzling. On Tuesday, the notoriously accurate tech leaker said, "Samsung Galaxy S III mini (SM-G730A "Golden") for AT&T," with a picture of what can only be described as the nearly a year old Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini with AT&T labeling on the back. Is AT&T really going to give the Galaxy S3 Mini a release date now?
