Kim Kardashian Net Worth 2014: Sex Tape Star Demands $1 Million Per Product Endorsement?
If you want Kim Kardashian to endorse your product, it's either you go big or you go home. And an alleged email leak between Kardashian's representative and a brand apparently interested in working with her is proof of that.
RadarOnline.com reports that Kardashian's name on any product is really worth a hefty price. According to the article, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and wife of Kanye West's minimum rate for an endorsement is revealed to be around $750,000 to $1 million, and that's not including her long list of diva demands.
RadarOnline.com says, "For travel related to personal appearances for the brand, the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star requires '5 first class tickets, plus 1 coach, first class hotel accommodations (1 suite for talent and standard rooms for others in party), portal to portal first class exclusive ground transportation, airport greeter service, security, glam fee (day rate for her hair and makeup squad), and a per diem."
The rep also said that the brand should "come back with the best offer." RadarOnline.com didn't reveal the name of the brand to protect the source.
But it doesn't stop there. The rep also said that all the materials, including the photos, would need approval and review by Kardashian's PR team. "We would need approval over photographer, all photos used in print materials, glam squad (hair, makeup, stylist, manicurist), hotel/airline/car service and PR usage."
Kardashian, 33, became controversial in 2007 when her sex tape, titled "Kim K Superstar" with singer Ray J, leaked. It was said that the sex tape contributed to her rise to popularity.
Some of Kardashian's endorsements are Hype Energy drinks, the diet drug QuickTrim, and Skechers Shape-ups Shoes, according to a report from NY Daily News. She also has a popular iPad and Android game "Kim Kardashian Hollywood." Kardashian also has a clothing line called "The Kardashian Kollection" which she shares with her sisters Kourtney and Khloe.
If companies could not afford the extravagant fee for booking Kardashian, the rep suggested Kendall Jenner, fashion model and Kardashian's half-sister, is available for endorsement deals starting at $500,000, RadarOnline.com adds. The 18-year old Jenner has just recently modeled in Chanel's runway in Paris.
Kardashian has an estimated net worth of $65 million, according to a report from Inquisitr.
