LA Lakers vs Dallas Mavericks: Preview, Live Stream, and Where To Watch
The Los Angeles Lakers (2-2) will look to continue their mastery of the Dallas Mavericks (2-1) when the two Western Conference teams collide on Tuesday night at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
Head-to-Head Matchup
The LA Lakers had the Mavericks' number in their previous meetings, having won their last six regular season meetings in Dallas, while also posting an 8-2 record against the Mavs at the American Airlines Center since March 18, 2008. Last season, the Lakers beat Dallas in three of their four regular-season meetings.

However, the trend could change on Friday night since Kobe Bryant, who played in all those games, will still be watching from the sidelines for the Lakers as he continues to recover from the Achilles tendon surgery he underwent earlier this year.
Without Bryant, the Lakers are off to a decent start, kicking off the season with a surprising win against their city rival LA Clippers. It was followed by two straight defeats, though, before the Lakers bounced back with a 105-103 win over the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday.
Pau Gasol stood tall for the Lakers once again as he finished with 16 points and 13 rebounds. The veteran forward/center is averaging a team-best 15.8 points and 11.0 rebounds per game. Xavier Henry is the team's second-leading scorer with 14.3 points-per-game average.
Dallas Mavericks
Meanwhile, the Dallas Mavericks will look to score their third win in four games. After losing to Texas rivals the Houston Rockets on Friday, the Mavs posted an impressive 111-99 win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday.
Superstar power forward Dirk Nowitzki was a dominant force on Saturday as he finished with 24 points and six rebounds, while Shawn Marion tallied a double-double with 21 points and 14 rebounds.
Four other Mavs scored in double figures led by Monta Ellis with 18 points, followed by Jose Calderon with 15 points, Samuel Dalembert with 14 points to go with nine rebounds, and veteran Vince Carter with 11 points.
The Mavericks averaged 111.3 points in their first three games this season, which is good for third in the league, while also dishing out an eighth-best 23.0 assists per game.
Live Stream and TV Schedule
The first meeting between the Lakers and the Mavericks this season will be broadcasted live on Fox Sports South West and will be nationally televised by NBA TV starting 8:30 p.m. EST. Live streaming of the game is available through NBA League Pass.
