Khloe and French Montana 'Break Up,' Relationship Staged for TV Ratings?
Reality TV hasn't been 'real' in quite sometime. While the viewer is only able to directly see what the camera is pointed at, one most always remembers that there are directors, writers and an entire camera crew following around the subjects of the TV show. Celebrities may live their lives on a grander scale but in the end, as is true of most human beings, their lives are not constantly jam-packed with endless action. The action must come from a script, a well-trained writer who thinks up new ways to draw in audiences.
The Kardashian's are nfamous for these dirty TV tricks. In comparison with another reality TV show, "Man vs. Wild," it was discovered that the host was sneaking water bottles and food while claiming to be surviving all on his own. He may have been guilty of a small reality TV lie, but the Kardashian's take their lies far more seriously.
When Khloe Kardashian began dating rapper French Montana, the sophisticated reality show watchers smelled something fishy. It didn't seem real; there was something wrong about the arrangement, but it wasn't Montana who was doing the lying.
French Montana insinuated to Billboard that it was all a sham, and he was merely profiting on the current opportunity. "I want to capitalize on it. I'll get a fan base from everywhere," Montana told Billboard. "I just hope I'll be able to connect with everything that's going on."
In response to Montana's confession, Khloe took too Twitter to say that she already knew, but she didn't care. Khloe understands how the TV game works; drama brings in more viewers.
The Montana saga continued to unfold when a source told the New York Daily News that Montana is a paid employee of E!. "He's expensive, and some people at E! just don't think he's worth the money," the informant said.
"I've heard execs moaning about it, saying, 'We're just paying so much for him.'"
There'll be no more checks for French Montana, as the couple has officially broken up. It's unclear if E! wanted to lessen his cut and so that caused the break up, or if the two were simply done living a reality TV lie.
