'Guardians of the Galaxy' Cast Zoe Saldana Poses Nude Amid Pregnant Reports
The gorgeous Zoe Saldana has stripped down for the September 2014 issue of Women's Health UK and the "Guardians of the Galaxy" star is looking flawless. The actress gets down and bares it all, so to speak, as she talks about body image and where she is in life right now.
As a dancer since the age of 10, Saldana's got the lean, long physique most people would die for. She's changed her fitness regimen over the years and admits that she's let herself go.
The 36-year-old admitted that "This past year I've had to start letting go. My body dictated it as if saying, ‘Slow the f**k down!' ...And I struggle with that. I love to be an athlete."
With age comes wisdom and she imparts some realizations: "I've learnt to listen to myself, so whenever I don't feel like doing anything that starts with ‘I should' then I don't."
During the interview, the actress admits to seeing things about her body that's different but she recognizes that she's transitioning. She's grown into a mature, mid-thirties woman whose body is changing ."My body is less toned," she remarks. "I do look in the mirror and see things I don't want. My first reaction is" - she makes a horrified gasping sound - "and then I breathe and I think, ‘I'm a woman, I'm 36, my body is changing.'"
"I'm exactly where I want to be. I do feel beautiful in a way that even when I was working out a whole lot, I sometimes didn't," said the green "Guardian" star. "Because there have been times that I was really slender and I didn't like that I sometimes looked a little too muscular and flat chested - you'll never be completely happy, so at the end of the day it's like, f--- it. Just be happy, regardless."
People recalled how it was only last summer when she secretly wed husband, Marco Perego and Saldana has been photographed in the recent weeks with a growing baby bump, but she has not directly addressed the news.
The happy couple is said to be expecting twins, reported E! Online with sources revealing the actress is "thrilled!"
