Gal Gadot Wonder Woman Costume for 'Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice' Revealed in First Photo
Fans have been waiting to see how the "Fast and the Furious" star will look as the new iconic female warrior and now, the wait has finally come to an end. The first ever look at Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman in the upcoming flick "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" was revealed during the 2014 San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) on July 26.
Gadot, 29, is seen looking fierce as she wields a sword, wears thigh-high boots and a bronze-colored armor. The Israeli actress tweeted the same photo over her Twitter account and confidently said: "I'm ready... are you? #ww #wonderwoman #DC @wbpictures #BatmanvSuperman #SDCC."

The reaction to Gal's image was overwhelming with most being very positive. Some Twitter members took time to give their two-cents.
One member, Mike (@mksystem74) wrote: "@GalGadot @wbpictures I've been ready since it was announced. you look awesome and badass." Another comment, this time by NicolaJayne IMUA (@dramaqueenNJ) said: "@GalGadot @wbpictures you look amazing Gal! Congrats sweetie can't wait for the movie!"
This big reveal definitely got some fans even more excited and judging from the feedback on Twitter, can't wait for the movie to be released. "@GalGadot @wbpictures I'm so ready May 6th 2016 needs to get here now," was all that Mall Williams (@mattsm00th) could say.
Warner Bros. had a two-hour panel during the SDCC, notes the Business Insider and at one point, film stars Henry Cavill (Superman), Ben Affleck (Batman), and Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) joined director Zack Snyder on stage.
In keeping with the film's spirit, The Hollywood Reporter writes that "The trio were fashioned in the color palette of their characters. Affleck was dressed in a black leather jacket and dark gray shirt. Cavill had a white shirt, while Gadot sported a leather vest and pants."
Other teased highlights of the panel include the reveal of the concept art of the Dark Knight and Superman, Business Insider posted a photo showing the three unveiled photos side-by-side.
The film's first footage was also showcased during the panel, which Variety describes as below:
"Superman's red eyes stared down Batman's phosphorescent white ones in the teaser from Warner Bros. Batman, played by Affleck, unveiled his newest night sky bat sign, and as the camera moved, Superman, played by Cavill, hovered in its way, frothing and red eyes ablaze."
