San Antonio Airport Retail Pad Sites to be Auctioned
Two prime retail pad sites near the San Antonio Airport are to be sold thru auction to the highest bidder.
According to AmeriBid LLC, the last two remaining retail pad sites are located at Concourse 410 Retail Center near the San Antonio Airport.
"This is a fantastic opportunity to own the last two remaining pad sites at the Concourse 410 Retail Center, just 1 mile from the San Antonio Airport with frontage off of US 281 near Loop 410," states Travis Kaddatz, Regional Director, Auctioneer and Agent for AmeriBid.
Both retail pad sites are located near US 281 and can be accessed through major roads.
The north retail pad site measures in at 1.473 acres and is triangular in shape. It is located between Halm Blvd. and E. Rector Street. Business establishments surrounding the north retail pad site include the La Quinta Inn & Suites and Specs Wine, Spirits and Finer Foods outlet.
The south retail pad site measures in at 1.78 acres and is rectangular in shape. It is located south of E. Rector Street. Business establishments surrounding the south retail pad site include Whataburger, TJ Maxx, Skechers Outlet, Sears Outlet Center and a former Target store.

The live off-site auction will take place in 815 E. Rector Street, Concourse 410 Shopping Center, Suite 105 in San Antonio Texas. The auction will officially start at 2:00 pm CDT on October 8, 2013 Tuesday. Registration will start at 1:00 pm. Online bidding will also be available though details are still pending.
