Selena Gomez' Happy Birthday Party is Without Justin Bieber

Selena Gomez just turned 22 and she celebrated her birthday in St.Tropez, without Justin Bieber by her side.

Selena spent some time parasailing right on the French Rivera with model pal, Cara Delevingne, states Daily Digest News.

Apart from her alleged new BFF, a new guy was spotted having a grand time with the young pop star.

Fashion Times reports that Selena was seen jet skiing with the founder and chairman of the Royal Yacht, Tommy Chiabra.

Selena had her arms wrapped around Tommy and they reportedly snuggled together under the same towel.

Previous rumors state that Tommy is dating "Gossip Girl" actress, Jessica Szhor, but no public pictures of the two were out since June.

Many are thinking that there is nothing wrong if Selena chooses to hang out with a new guy. Bieber seems to have moved on with model, Yovanna Ventura, anyway.

Hollywood Life recalls that Justin showed up to Selena's birthday party last year at the very last minute. However, close source of the magazine said that it is not likely to happen this time around. The entertainment site's source added that Justin is scheduled to do some paintball activity and Selena is not even invited. It was emphasized that the two may not have been getting along well lately.

Justin's absence in his ex-girlfriend's birthday bash may also mean that he's getting serious with Yovanna.

Meanwhile, Selena's most famous celebrity BFF, Taylor Swift, was also absent during her birthday bash but the country crooner made it sure to send her best wishes to her best friend over Instagram.

Swift posted a picture of her holding a necklace with an "S" pendant and captioned it with: "Usually this S represents 'Swift' but today I'm wearing it because SELENA IS 22!!!!"

The birthday girl herself posted several pics on her own IG account to share all her best moments with her fans, states E! Online.

Selena had a sumptuous chocolate cake completely accessorized with white roses and several detailing of red berries, wrote UPStartMagazine.
