Johnny Manziel Parties With Justin Bieber, Floyd Mayweather Jr. & Tyrese
Cleveland Browns' rookie quarterback, Johnny Manziel, made the news after a photo of him posing with singer Justin Bieber, American boxer Floyd Mayweather and actor/singer Tyrese Gibson became a hot topic on social media.
On Tuesday, Bieber posted the photo below on his Shots page.
According to USA Today, the picture looked very random but noted that the NFL player was partying with the boys in Beverly Hills the night before. The same report added that rapper Tyga was also present during the get-together. However, the partying reportedly, got a little too loud. Beverly Hills police spokesperson Max Subin told USA Today that there were complaints early Tuesday morning about a loud noise coming from Bieber's home. The police officer noted that they went there to address the complaint. It is unclear if Manziel was still there during the police visit.
"We advised the group and they left the location. We never made contact with Mr. Bieber," he told USA Today in an e-mail.
Last week, Manziel was also spotted spraying champagne to other partygoers in Las Vegas and was even seen floating on an inflatable while drinking champagne. But the player said he has the right to party.
''I'm not going to change who I am for anybody. I'm growing up and continuing to learn from my mistakes and trying not to make the same ones over and over again, but am I going to live in a shell or am I just going to hide from everybody and not do anything? I don't think that's the way I should live my life and I'm not going to do it," he was quoted by Yahoo Sports as saying.
He also noted that he is very committed to his football career and that he his only enjoying his days off the field.
''Everybody goes out on the weekends and enjoys their life and lives their life and just for them. They don't have people that when they walk into a place pull out their phones and all they want to do is follow me around and record everything. My situation is unique and different and now more than ever I've seen that it's an every weekend thing wherever I'm at - whether it's in Cleveland on a weekend, or in Dallas or anywhere on a weekend, people want to record what I'm doing because they think it's a story,'' he said.
According to Yahoo Sports, Manziel does not have a game in the next few weeks since the Browns will start their training camp on July 26.
