He is very good at his job. He doesn't have any weird addictions or anything...and I think much to the dismay of Barry because they are friends, and there may or may not be a girl who gets in the way. There's a lot of tension."
Lead actor Grant added, "Barry's in love with Iris (Candice Patton), so that will be another fun dynamic."
What are the other details that viewers can expect from the show?
According to the cast revelations, you can expect quite a bit of cross-overs. While the who, where, what, why, when and how were not shared, "There will be crossovers. I don't know who will be coming and going from which show, but yes, as far as I know, it's been established," Grant opens up.
Fans can breathe easy because the team is happy and feels good about the show and has solid confidence in the showrunners.
"I feel like we're in good hands," Danielle Panabaker praises. "Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, and Geoff Johns...Andrew and Geoff, forgive me, are such comic book nerds. I asked them, ‘What do you think? Where did you Caitlin go to college?' And all of a sudden, ten minutes went by and they're like, ‘She went to this college and this was her most important professor.' They have the history behind every character, so that's great."
Grant admits he's been excited about the project and as soon as he heard about it, he auditioned right away. He shares Panabaker's praises and claims he trusts everyone around him and is just enjoying everything.
Now, let's talk about the costume. While it isn't the most comfortable outfit he's every donned, he does reveal that "it's maybe the coolest thing I've ever worn." He also adds that the crew has been considerate and has made modifications to make it as comfortable as possible.
See "The Flash" breeze through the city in his iconic red outfit that will premier on the CW this fall and will air Tuesday nights at 8:00 p.m.
