'Criminal Minds' Season 9 Episode 22 Spoilers: BAU Investigates a Killer Fascinated With Greek Mythology
Unfortunately, "Criminal Minds" is going on a brief hiatus and viewers will have to wait until April 30 to catch the next all-new episode. The upcoming episode will find the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) taking a trip to Long Beach to investigate victims of arsenic poisoning.
In last week's episode, "What Happens in Mecklinburg," the BAU tracked down a killer who disguised themselves in a pig mask and chained their victims up like slaughtered pigs in a desert dungeon. The episode also focused on Morgan's love life.
In one scene, Morgan asked JJ for advice on how to balance his relationship with a demanding career that forces him to travel across the nation at a moment's notice. In response, JJ gave him some tough love, saying, "You either want a relationship, or you don't. And if you don't, accept the fact that you might be alone. Forever," reports BuddyTV. She also admited that even though it's hard for her and Will, that relationships take work.
At the end, Morgan tells his girlfriend Savannah that he is seriously committed to their relationship. "I will do whatever it takes to be with you. I am in love with you," he says.
Not many details have been released about the upcoming episode of "Criminal Minds," which is titled "Fatal." However, according to TV Guide, the official synopsis states: "Victims of arsenic poisoning are found in Long Beach. The investigation reveals that the killer has a fascination with Greek mythology, based on handwritten death threats to the deceased and other mysterious clues. Meanwhile, Hotch becomes concerned about participating in Jack's third-grade career day."
Actor Bruce Baumgartner will guest star as shipyard worker Bill Harding. Other actors to make appearances include Nikki Tomlinson as Candace, Richmond Arquette as Sgt. Mack, Chris Moss as Wayne Campbell, Victor Morris as Sgt. Burnell, Giovanni Lopes as Carlos Ortega, Germaine Scott Grimes as Benjie Ruiz and Steve Campbell as Patrolman Harris.
"Criminal Minds" S9E22, "Fatal" will air on Wednesday, April 30 at 9 p.m. EDT on CBS.
